I work at a school and since we can’t leave, we frequently order delivery from this location. I only gave 4 stars because of the uneven spread of ingredients. Just won't eat here that frequently due to the price. I let Mike do the work and just ordered a #9 all I added was jalapeño.įor what I spent on just 1 small sub I could have ate for a week at another restaurant, but I'm glad I tried it and don't regret it one bit. The red wine vinegar helped amplify the flavors and everything blended perfectly. Never had crunchy bacon that was that good before.

The roast beef was tender and tasty, not like processed store bought meat, you could tell it was fresh from a farm. The ingredients were so fresh they tasted like they went right from an organic garden straight to the sub. Better than subway and Jimmy John's for sure. Was made really sloppy like they were very busy and in a rush, ingredients all over the place and not distributed evenly inside the sub, some areas had more jalapeño and bacon than others but can't hold that against them too much when the food is that dang good. I was so done with this rude woman that I decided to cut my losses and never go back. She put me on hold then got back on the line, yelling at me to bring the cookies in.ĭue to work I told her I couldn't get there for four days, and she wouldn't confirm that was okay. I didn't even get started on the cake being dry and old. I explained to her AGAIN that the cookies were STALE and hard as rocks. I called the shop and the woman that had waited on me when I purchased them began berating me, telling me she had warned me the cookies had nougat and were chewy. And not realizing things were STALE until people were trying to eat them. I was so embarrassed bringing inedible food to a beautiful party. I tried to cut one with a very sharp professional chef's knife and THAT wouldn't work. The box of cookies were hard as rocks, they were beyond old. The yule log cake was edible but dry and the frosting had crunchy, crystallized edges. I purchased a box of Christmas cookies, along with a yule log cake for a Christmas party.

We were regular customers here until December 2021. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! No matter how many times you go here, how loyal a customer you are, you will end up getting bad food and/or service.
